The rules for using Up-To, covering content, moderation, and safety. These match the terms shown inside the app.

1 Zero Tolerance Policy

Up-To maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding objectionable content. Users may not share, post, or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, offensive, or promotes violence/hatred.

2 User-Generated Content

By using the Chat and "Up-To" creation features, you agree that you are solely responsible for the content shared. You must not impersonate others or share unauthorized private information.

3 Moderation & Reporting

All content is subject to moderation. Users have the right to "Report" any message or "Up-To" event that violates these terms. Our team will review and act on reports within 24 hours.

4 Blocking Abusive Users

You have the right to block any user at any time. Once blocked, the abusive user will be unable to contact you, and their content will be hidden from your feed instantly.

5 Safety in Hangouts

When creating "Up-Tos" for hangouts, ensure the safety and comfort of all participants. Abusive behavior during organized events will result in immediate permanent account termination.

6 Account Termination

We reserve the right to eject any user who violates these safety guidelines. Serious or repeated violations will result in a permanent ban from the platform.
