Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Up-To collects, why, and what control you have over it. It matches the policy shown inside the app.

1 Data Collection

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as your name, email address, and profile details when you create an account. We also collect device identifiers (tokens) to provide functional Push Notifications via Firebase.

2 Usage of Data

Your data is used strictly to provide the services of Up-To, including real-time chat, up-to creation, and account security. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3 Third-Party Services

We use Firebase (for notifications) and Socket.io (for messaging). These services may process your data according to their own privacy policies to ensure app functionality.

4 Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your information as long as your account is active. Users have the right to request account deletion at any time, which will remove their personal data from our active databases.

5 Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

6 Children's Privacy

Up-To is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
